New production
Manufacturing new printing equipment, machines, or systems is essential for maintaining our baseline capacity and is a prerequisite for our repair services and short-notice special orders. As a rule, raw materials and purchased parts are procured on a project-by-project basis, often from long-standing suppliers and business partners. Meeting delivery deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality are not merely goals for us, but a fundamental expectation we hold ourselves to.
Repair
For many customers, we are a key maintenance partner and repair specialist, whether on-site at their facilities, at our production site, or a combination of both. That is why we have increasingly specialized in repairs. This applies to the qualifications of our employees as well as our equipment, inventory management, and administrative processes—for example, through project-specific quotes or framework agreements.
Spare parts
Our spare parts service—which includes manufacturing, procurement, and inventory management—has become increasingly comprehensive and professional through the signing of framework agreements. When it comes to spare parts, we consistently tailor our approach to our customers’ needs and strive for win-win solutions. For us, the benefits lie in relatively secure revenue streams, whereas our customers value the fast and professional order processing and the warranty coverage we provide as added value.
Engineering
We always view engineering in the context of our products and services, with the aim of creating added value for our customers. Through this long-standing approach, we have built up a broad range of engineering services over the decades. These range from the design of pressure vessels, custom-engineered solutions, and prototype development to repair and assembly concepts, as well as piping design.
Assembly
We offer installation and maintenance services on-site at our customers’ locations, both at permanent and temporary job sites, for example for piping projects or during plant shutdowns. The combination of on-site services with our highly efficient manufacturing capabilities and a large warehouse has proven to be a significant added value for our customers. One of our specialties is therefore plant components such as reactor heads, furnace segments, or large-diameter pipes, which are prefabricated in our workshop and then assembled by us, often within a very tight timeframe.
