Interdisciplinary expertise
On the one hand, we are specialists in each of our fields. On the other hand, we work closely together across engineering, manufacturing, and assembly, leveraging the benefits of a centralized location. This makes us the ideal partner when cross-functional expertise is required.
Pressure vessels
Pressure vessels such as heat exchangers, tanks, columns, reactors, or air coolers require an exceptionally high level of quality due to their high risk potential, which is reflected in the applicable regulations, material documentation, and requirements for testing and acceptance. Highly qualified employees, our high degree of vertical integration, modern equipment, and a strong network of suppliers make us true experts in pressure vessel construction, whether for new construction, repairs, or installation projects. Our typical client base ranges from refineries and the petrochemical industry to the energy and process industries.

Machines
The starting point is often a new customer product, which we design in close consultation with the customer and, if necessary, develop and manufacture prototypes for. If successful, the goal is usually to offer and sell this product in larger quantities. For cost reasons, this makes the development of “modular systems” a logical next step—an area for which our engineering expertise and proximity to our own manufacturing facilities make us ideally suited. Our primary customer base for these “machines” consists of internationally active machine and plant manufacturers, with whom we often enter into framework agreements—including non-disclosure agreements—as our business relationship progresses.
Piping
We offer piping systems in a wide range of sizes, materials, and testing requirements, along with the corresponding process engineering components, for both new projects and existing facilities. Depending on the requirements, our engineering services include the actual piping design, as well as more comprehensive installation and prefabrication concepts. Typical example projects include pressure lines for various media, steam and condensate lines, supply lines, and large-scale flue gas ducts.

Facilities
Plant engineering is a broad field, but we define it specifically for our own purposes: We see ourselves as ideally suited when typical elements from the fields of pressure vessels, machinery, and piping come together in a single plant. In these cases, the customer receives a cross-disciplinary solution from a single source, which we develop and manufacture either as a standalone project or, preferably, as a scalable modular system. Typical examples include systems in hazardous areas with ATEX requirements, special-purpose machines with pressure vessels, or modular mixing and dosing systems.
