This year, the Youth Council selected Kessel AG in Lenting as their destination. With its innovative drainage solutions, Kessel AG ensures that water is safely diverted and treated, and that properties and buildings are protected from backflow. Our trainees were warmly welcomed by trainees Anna Krieger and Philipp Baier. After a brief presentation, they toured the company. They also had the opportunity to gain a very special insight in an “experience zone”: In a separate room, scenarios such as floods were simulated to illustrate the exact functions of the components and the consequences if they were not installed or properly fitted. After a snack in the cafeteria, Florian Bayer thanked everyone for the great tour, and our trainees said goodbye with loud applause.
Before heading home, the trainees had two hours of free time at Westpark in Ingolstadt.
