Plant Mechanic (m/f/d)
Specializing in Apparatus and Vessel Construction

Plant mechanics specializing in equipment and vessel construction manufacture components and assemble them into subassemblies, equipment, or vessels. We offer a wide variety of responsibilities, with the opportunity to work on many different types of components, including very large ones.

Information about the training program

  • Duration of training: 3.5 years
  • Block instruction: Kelheim vocational school
  • Completion of job-specific training modules, such as flame cutting, bolted and flanged joints, or
    mobile machining of sealing surfaces

Plant Mechanic (m/f/d)
– Welding Technology

Plant mechanics specializing in welding technology are responsible for welding various metal parts of pressure vessels or individual assemblies. What sets us apart is the wide variety of materials we work with, each of which requires a different approach. We’ll equip you with the skills you need and train you to become a top-notch welder.

  • Duration of training: 3.5 years
  • Block instruction: Kelheim Vocational School
  • Completion of job-specific training modules, such as TIG welding, electrode welding, and soft and hard soldering

Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d)
Field of Work: Mechanical and Plant Engineering

Industrial mechanics specializing in mechanical and plant engineering manufacture equipment parts and assemblies from a wide variety of materials for machines and production facilities, and set them up or modify them. With us, you’ll build high-quality specialty machines and gain hands-on experience with all aspects of an industrial mechanic’s work, from rough assembly to final assembly.

  • Completion of job-specific training modules, such as turning, milling, or pneumatics

Machining Technician (m/f/d)
Specializing in Lathe Systems

Machine tool technicians specializing in lathe systems use machining processes such as turning, milling, and grinding to produce precision components from various metals. Our work offers plenty of variety: you’ll get to know everything from small lathes to boring machines for machining large parts.

Information about the training program

  • Duration of training: 3.5 years
  • 1st year of apprenticeship: Block instruction at the Kelheim vocational school
  • 2nd–4th year of training: Block instruction at the Regensburg vocational school
  • Completion of job-specific training modules, such as turning, milling, or CNC programming

Technical Product Designer (m/f/d)
Mechanical and Plant Engineering

Technical product designers create and modify 2D and 3D data sets and technical documentation for components and assemblies based on design and technical specifications. We offer a diverse training program that will thoroughly prepare you for the exam. You’ll also get to know our wide range of tasks in our various engineering departments and see the results of your designs in production.

Information about the training program

  • Duration of training: 3.5 years
  • Part-time instruction: Regensburg Vocational School
  • Training in the three fields of pressure equipment, special-purpose machinery, and piping
